Explore Fairbanks on your very own ATV on the Creeks to Peaks ATV Tour!
Hop on a Yamaha Kodiak ATV and explore the trails north of Fairbanks. On the Creeks to Peaks ATV tour, we will start low, navigating creek drainages and stands of black spruce. As we make our climb to the peaks north of Fairbanks, we’ll leave the lowlands behind, transitioning from spruce stands to birch forests, gradually gaining over 1,100’ of rolling elevation leading to stunning 360° high-country vistas. Along the way, we’ll stop for breaks, snap some pics, and talk about the local area and culture.
We’ll see recent fire scars across the landscape, and there’s a chance to see active wildfires or smoke off in the distance. We will also get to experience the Trans Alaskan Pipeline, learn about Alaska’s crude oil development, and snap some pics on the Pipeline.
The tour is fully outfitted and led by a local and professional guide. Tour sizes are small, and often private, with a maximum of four guests per tour, plus your very own dedicated tour guide.
Each tour is unique, so mileage and duration will vary based on experience and conditions. Generally, most tours will cover between 20 and 30 miles and last around 2.5 hours.
